The HD measurements at distance 315 mm and voltage levels of 2.83 - 16 Volt were carried out with High Pass Filter "on" (2nd order Butterworth type, 50 Hz cutoff, HPF2-50).
The voice coil current HD measurements were carried out with High Pass Filter "on" (2nd order Butterworth type, 50 Hz cutoff, HPF2-50).
Before taking the measurements the speaker had been very good boken-in.
The bursts of distortion in the range of 100-200 Hz are not related to the midwoofer, but are due to the resonances of the test baffle due to insufficient rigidity. When measuring in the near field (20 mm), the rigidity of the test baffle and the midwoofer fastening in my measurement setup is much higher, so it is better to rely on them when analyzing harmonic distortion in the range up to 200 Hz.
