The THD measurements at distance of 315 mm and voltage levels from 2 Volt to 11.2 Volt were carried out with High Pass Filter "on" (2nd order Butterworth type, 80 Hz cutoff, HPF2-80)

C173-4-091N - is a custom version of С173 midrange speaker the main intention of which was to disclose the full potential which hidden in a powerful 120 mm neodymium underhang motor. With that aim an additional neodymium magnet was placed at the top of the pole piece inside and the voice coil inductance was lowered. As a result, it was possible to achieve a minimum level of non-linear distortion among all of midrange Accuton speakers.

This model features voice coil former made of titanium and a fabric surround.
